How This Was Born

With more than two decades of supporting agents at scale, Gina Saad realized something deeply flawed in the way California real estate professionals are launched into the industry:

 

Agents take a state licensing exam that barely covers—if at all—the very contracts they will use in nearly every transaction.

 

Then, they are issued a license by a regulatory agency that expects them to fulfill duties like "utmost care," "honest dealing," and fiduciary-level service.

 

But how can an agent truly uphold those duties without understanding the binding contracts they’re asking their clients to sign?

 

That’s the gap.

 

And that’s where Your Personal Broker™ began.

This platform was created by a broker—for brokers—to elevate the standard of agent education and restore confidence in the broker-agent relationship.

 

It’s not about replacing anyone. It’s about reinforcing what already exists.

 

Sometimes, a broker needs a broker: someone who can step in with clarity, coaching, and compliance-literate support, to make the day-to-day less chaotic and the agent-facing responsibilities more sustainable.

About Gina Saad

Founder, Your Personal Broker™

Real estate isn’t just Gina Saad’s career—it’s her legacy. As a second-generation California broker, Gina grew up in the business. Her father was licensed in 1975, and by the age of 16, she was working her first job as an escrow secretary. Licensed as a salesperson at 18 and earning her broker’s license by 22, Gina quickly became known for her deep commitment to collaboration, her passion for agent education, and her steady perseverance through the industry’s many changes.

In the mid-1990s, she served as a top-producing loan officer, specializing in FHA and first-time homebuyer programs, skills that would prove essential when she opened her own independent brokerage, Home Stop, in Colton, CA. During its 10-year run, Gina secured multiple contracts to represent banks and asset management companies in the liquidation of their REO inventory. Alongside that, she built a reputation for successfully negotiating short sales, not just as a business strategy, but as a way to step in and help homeowners during one of the toughest financial chapters of their lives.

Since 2010, Gina has served in high-level leadership roles at both independent and franchise brokerages, including agent training, office management, and compliance oversight. From 2021 to 2025, she held the role of Designated Managing Broker for one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate companies supporting thousands of agents across California.

With over 25 years of experience and more than 25,000 hours of hands-on agent guidance, Gina’s leadership is grounded in wisdom, communication, and care. Her B.A. in Psychology shapes her coaching approach, offering agents not just technical answers, but the mindset and emotional intelligence to navigate even the most complex deals. She is also certified by Dale Carnegie in Communicate with Different Personality Styles, deepening her ability to support agents with clarity and connection across every communication style.

Today, Gina leads Your Personal Broker™ with the same values she’s always lived by: Clarity. Integrity. And a belief that real estate is about people before paperwork.
